RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

We want you to absolutely love your Nookie, and sometimes it takes a few tries to find the perfect fit for you! We understand, and that's why if you contact us at enquiries@nookie.com.au within 10 days of recieving your parcel we can send you the required RA number and the appropriate form for you to send your Nookie back with for an exchange, store credit or refund (please note, items purchased with a sales code or from the sales section are not valid for a refund)

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO REFUND for items purchased with a sale code or from the sales section. Sale items are valid for a store credit or exchange. 

 

CONDITIONS

Please contact us WITHIN 10 business days from date of delivery.

Returns after this period will NOT be accepted.

All that we ask is that the items are returned to us in the same condition as they were sent out.

· Must NOT have been damaged, worn, altered or washed and all tags must remain attached.

· If the returns team deem it worn or not in it’s original condition, this will result in the item being sent back to you and the RA# will be voided.

· Swimwear will only be accepted with Hygiene Sticker and swing tag remaining comepletely intact. Any tampering with these items and the RA# will be void.

Local Exchanges will be sent via Express Australia Post and International Exchanges will be sent Standard post with DHL Global Mail. (Contact enquiries@nookie.com.au if you need it sent Express).

Please allow up to 8 days for your return/exchange to be processed. Our returns team will be in contact with you once it has been processed

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO REFUND for items purchased with a sale code or from the sales section. Sale items are valid for a store credit or exchange. 


HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

All returns must follow the NOOKIE returns process:

enquiries@nookie.com.au to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA Number).

· Please provide your original sales order number.

· Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange or a refund.

· Print out the returns form that will be sent to you fro our returns team.

· Place form inside return package.

· Ensure you state on the front of the package whether it is an EXCHANGE or REFUND.

PLEASE NOTE: Allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS to receive an RA number, if your exchange is urgent please call us on 02 9319 0023.

Returns that have not been authorised will NOT be accepted.

Upon receiving your RA# code please ensure your parcel is back to us within 7 business days & international customers 15 business days (we will be in contact with you once we receive it).

FAULTY GOODS

We have high standards for our quality control. All goods are checked prior to dispatch. However, if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 5 days of receiving your goods at enquiries@nookie.com.au

If possible we will firstly REPAIR or REPLACE faulty items, otherwise a full refund will be provided.
Items damaged from wear and tear will NOT be considered as faulty.

PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping of faulty items will be refunded only to the value of shipping charges originally paid.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

· We do NOT refund shipping costs for goods returned, unless it is due to a fault in the garment.

· All shipping costs for exchanges and refunds will be the responsibility of the customer.

· Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe, documented and signed delivery. Nookie will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.

· Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.nookie.com.au


CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We will do our best to avoid and reduce the customs duties and taxes payable on all International orders. However, in the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, the customer is required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on the order.
