Here at Nookie, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We do our best to provide accurate images and descriptions online. If for any reason you are not happy, you are welcome to return your item(s).
ONLINE WAREHOUSE SALE
All of the ONLINE WAREHOUSE SALE items are FINAL sale. There will be no refunds, exchanges or credit notes for items.
Please contact us WITHIN 10 business days from date of delivery.
Returns after this period will NOT be accepted.
All that we ask is that the items are returned to us in the same condition as they were sent out.
- Must NOT have been damaged, worn, altered or washed and all tags must remain attached.
- If the returns team deem it worn or not in it’s original condition, this will result in the item being sent back to you and the RA# will be voided.
- Swimwear will only be accepted with Hygiene Sticker and swing tag remaining COMEPLETEY intact. Any tampering with these items and the RA# will be void.
Local Exchanges will be sent via Express Australia Post and International Exchanges will be sent Standard post with DHL Global Mail. (Contact email@example.com if you need it sent Express). Please allow up to 5 days for your return/exchange to be processed.
PLEASE NOTE: There is NO REFUND for sale items, unless deemed defective. Sale items are valid for a store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale items.
HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE
All returns must follow the NOOKIE returns process:

We have high standards for our quality control. All goods are checked prior to dispatch. However, if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 5 days of receiving your goods at email@example.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). If possible we will firstly REPAIR or REPLACE faulty items, otherwise a full refund will be provided. Items damaged from wear and tear will NOT be considered as faulty.
PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping of faulty items will be refunded only to the value of shipping charges originally paid.
- We do NOT refund shipping costs for goods returned, unless it is due to a fault in the garment.

We will do our best to avoid and reduce the customs duties and taxes payable on all International orders. However, in the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, the customer is required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on the order.

DO YOU DELIVER TO BUSINESS ADDRESSES OR PO BOXES?
Yes, we do deliver to businesses throughout Australia, and we do deliver to PO Boxes, though Australia Post is the only method available for this. Please provide us with the best daytime delivery address for your order; we cannot change these once the item has been dispatched.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE?
If your package is taking longer than you expect, please check up on it by following your tracking sent to you in your shipping email. If it is still delayed, please contact your local postal company then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

DO YOU REFUND PURCHASES?
Yes, we do refund fully priced items. However, we do not offer refunds on sales items or items purchased with a sale code, they are only eligible for an exchange or credit note. Please email enquiries at Nookie within 10 days of receiving your parcel

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR A RETURN?
Once the package has been received, returns will be processed within 8 days. You will be notified via email that the refund/exchange has been processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and appear in your account, once they receive the information from us, allow for 3-5 business day for this.
WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE RATE FOR OVERSEAS PURCHASES?
We charge you for your order in Australian dollars. Your card provider will apply the exchange rate when your card is charged.

- Should you change your mind, your Pre-Order can be cancelled and your money refunded
