About the Role
As our Head of Product & Development, you will work with our designer and product development team to enable the product pipeline from concept through to fit-approved, production-ready samples. You will be the bridge between creative vision and the operational reality of getting beautifully resolved garments onto hangers and into the hands of our production team. You will also be responsible for identifying and establishing offshore manufacturing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Design-to-Sample Pipeline
- Own and systematise the full development workflow: concept → tech pack → sampling → fit approval → production-ready
- Establish clear stage-gates and sign-off processes to ensure downstream production efficiency.
- Enable the Designer with clear briefs, feedback loops, and development support
- Partner with the product development team to optimise local sampling efficiency
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of resolved samples for Creative Director review

Offshore Manufacturing & Sourcing
- Identify, vet, and build relationships with offshore manufacturers
- Develop capability for embellished, beaded, and specialty pieces
- Source new fabrics, trims, and accessories through expanded supplier networks
- Manage DDP pricing, timelines, and international logistics

Product Strategy & Category Expansion
- Partner with the Creative Director to architect new categories: swimwear, resort, suiting, accessories
- Own the product calendar and ensure collections are developed, sampled, and delivered on schedule
- Develop wholesale-specific product assortments with pricing precision for international markets

What We’re Looking For:
Experience
- 8–12+ years in product development within womenswear fashion
- Proven experience establishing offshore manufacturing relationships
- Strong track record translating vision into commercially successful product
- Experience with international wholesale requirements and showroom standards
- Deep understanding of the premium elevated contemporary space

- Exceptional organisational and process-building capability
- Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fabrication, fit, and finishing
- Commercial acumen — understands margin, cost engineering, and pricing architecture
- AI-literate and tech-forward (Firefly, CLO3D, or similar)
