Australian Orders:

• Up to 14 days from Dispatch: Eligible for a refund, exchange, or Nookie voucher
• 14 - 28 days from Dispatch: Eligible for Nookie voucher or exchange only

International Orders:

• Up to 28 days from Dispatch: Eligible for a refund, exchange, or Nookie voucher
• 35 days from Dispatch: Eligible for Nookie voucher or exchange only

SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

ARCHIVE SALE

• FINAL SALE, no returns, exchanges, or vouchers.

 RETURN CONDITIONS

• Return within 14 (Australia) or 28 (International) days of dispatch.

• Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

• Must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.

• Late or non-qualifying returns will be voided.

SWIMWEAR RETURNS

• Swimwear accepted only if hygiene sticker and swing tag remain intact. Tampering voids the RA.

PROCESSING TIME

• Allow up to 5 business days for processing. You’ll be notified once complete.

HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

1. Email hello@nookie.com.au with your order number for RA#.

2. Print the return form, pack with the item, and mark EXCHANGE/REFUND on the parcel.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

1. Email for RA# and access to returns portal.

2. Print DHL return label, attach, and drop at DHL office.

FAULTY ITEMS

• Contact us within 5 days for faulty items. We will repair/replace or issue a full refund. General wear and tear not covered.
  
  
• Return shipping for faulty items refunded (up to original shipping cost).

SHIPPING & RETURN COSTS

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

• Duties/taxes are included in the shipping fee but may incur additional fees based on local customs regulations.

NOOKIE VOUCHER: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Validity: Nookie voucher issued by Nookie is valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of issue. After this period, any unused Nookie voucher will expire and cannot be redeemed or refunded.

• Redemption: Nookie voucher can be used for purchases on the Nookie website only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Partial Use: Nookie voucher can be used in full or in part for a purchase. If the order total exceeds the store credit amount, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.

• Non-Transferable: Nookie voucher is issued to the original recipient only and cannot be transferred or sold to another person.

• Returns & Exchanges: Any items purchased using Nookie voucher are subject to Nookie’s standard returns and exchanges policy. Refunds for items purchased with Nookie voucher will be reissued as Nookie voucher only.

• Expired Voucher: Nookie is not responsible for expired Nookie voucher.

• Promotions: Nookie Voucher cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers.

• Changes to Terms: Nookie reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

RETURNS POLICY

At Nookie, we aim to provide a fair and transparent returns process for all customers. To help maintain the integrity of our returns policy, return activity may be reviewed from time to time.

In instances where return patterns appear unusual or inconsistent with the intended use of the policy, we may need to review the request before processing the return.

This may involve requesting additional information or confirming that the return meets our policy requirements. Examples may include repeated high-volume returns, items returned in a condition different from when they were received or returns that do not match the original order.

These measures help ensure our returns policy remains fair and available for all customers.
